Function test of air conditioning motor controller

In the household appliance industry, air conditioning has generally become the public’s first choice. Facing the temperature adjustment and long-term operation in different environments, the working requirements of its internal motor controller are more and more strict, and the required performance testing is more and more accurate. In order to achieve high-quality and high-precision functional test, the precise test of air-conditioning motor controller is realized through the cooperation of multiple instruments.

In combination with the realization of its power test requirements, PTI company has met all the required test functions with non-standardized equipment PTI-300 through various technical evaluations, so this project uses PTI-300 for scheme implementation.

No-load dynamic detection FG waveform and hall UVW waveform

Through software control, the open-loop power board is connected to the power supply, and after the voltage is raised to the rated voltage, the motor is adjusted to 1450 rpm for testing (the speed has been fixed before leaving the factory, so the test does not need to be adjusted), and the FG waveform and the Hall UVW waveform are detected by EYSIGHT DSOX2014A oscilloscope, and the results should meet the requirements in the table.
