Electrical testing of automotive electronic modules
Automobile manufacturers strive to achieve a zero-defect rate for their electronic products, demanding that all testing systems, ranging from body electronics to power systems and lighting modules, operate in the most cost-effective manner while eliminating any product defects. Additionally, these testing systems must cater to the testing requirements of various automotive electronic control units (ECUs), encompassing infotainment devices, body electronic components, driver assistance systems, and dashboard electronics, ensuring excellence in quality across every aspect.
Solution
With the gradual transformation of the internal control of the automotive system to automation and intelligence, the serial bus used to transmit data on the car has become diversified with the increasing number of components controlled by the ECU. From I2C, SPI, UART to CAN, CANFD, CXPI, SENT, LIN, FlexRay, BroadR-Reach, and MOST, these serial buses have come into being under different security, cost, and transmission speed requirements.

Power & Lamp test for automotive vehicle
Combining power souce, Digital meter , Power meter, Signal generator , Electronic load, CAN, LIN Communicator……etc into test system , supports multiple channels testing in sequence or parallel. The system is used to check all the external output in the main board for driving lamps such as head light, fog light,direction indicator, high beam, low beam…. etc.
Automobile Steer Wheel System
Combining power souce, Digital meter , Power meter, can communicator, Printer into Test System. The system is used to check temperature, firmware version, gyroscope, accelerometer, height sensor…..etc. when all the test items passed, some required information need to be printed as a label.
AOI measurement of light characteristics：Displays chroma, brightness, spectrum, evaluates color deficiencies and displays unevenly
