Electric power intelligent monitoring and protection module function test

In the field of power, intelligent single-phase recloser, as a substitute product of fuse, solves some shortcomings of traditional fuse in protection performance and reliability, provides a more advanced and reliable protection scheme for power system, and reduces maintenance cost and workload. Its core functions are intelligent monitoring of high-voltage power lines (grid voltage/grid current/load current), remote control (remote power failure/remote closing)/and line protection (load grid short-circuit protection/load grid leakage protection). The products are powered by super capacitors and have long standby time/low power consumption. In order to ensure the normal and stable functions, its control module needs to carry out a series of strict functional tests.

Embodiment

Through the detailed interpretation of the test requirements, PTI ‘s current standard equipment PTI818S meets all the required test functions, so this project uses PTI818S for scheme implementation. The scheme flow chart is as follows:

Use the Segger J-link lite utility to refresh the FCB eco-link board through the SWD interface.

LED Test

In the project, the power board of TPC11 is 8.2V @ 200mA, and the LED test module is used to detect the red and green intensity of LED. Specifically, the green LED is enabled by shorting M 26-Gate to GND, and the red LED is enabled by shorting M13-Gate to GND, and the results are recorded as Project -1 and Project -2.

Bluetooth communication test

The self-checking communication of circuit board (the state monitoring of voltage and current of products) is monitored and controlled remotely through Bluetooth. Write the program into the motherboard, and establish communication with the motherboard through an external RF receiver.
